What is the returns policy?
If for any reason you receive your purchase in less than perfect condition, contact us immediately in writing to info@darrellwynne.com. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item, and Darrell Wynne Photography will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
How much is postage and packaging?
Images will cost £18.75 for secure next day delivery by courier to your door - the costs will accommodate orders up to 10kg therefore you can order more than one image and it will costs the same price. The price is added automatically during the ordering process.
How long will I have to wait for my image once I have ordered
We endeavor to deliver your image within 28 days of your order. This is because everything about your picture is handmade and takes time to lovingly craft an image that meets our high exacting standards.
I have just placed an order and I want to change it?
That is OK - Just email us your name and the changes you wish to make and we will change your order. Obviously if the order is dispatched you will have to return the image back to us and the new image will be processed in the normal way.
I have received an order from the courier and it appears damaged?
Do not sign for the parcel if there is obvious damage - Parcel force make every effort to deliver parcels to you in the condition they have been received from Darrell Wynne Photography. Parcel force will then return it to us
Can we purchase images for friends?
Yes that is possible. Just make contact via email and our operatives will contact you and go through the process. We will even include a note from you to them giving your wishes for free!
What types of cameras are used?
Darrell uses a Nikon D100 digital 35mm camera and a host of Nikkor lenses. When shooting traditionally with film Darrell uses a Hasselblad X-pan camera
What type of film is used?
Kodak T-Max 100asa & 400asa.
